Inform and Onboard Widget Updates

This update to the Inform and Onboard Widget makes the experience easier to follow for users, and easier to manage for admins. Clearer actions, less clutter in the list, and a completion flow that feels more satisfying when you tick something off.

For users: clearer actions, smoother progress

Users will see call to action labels that actually match the task. Instead of the same button text everywhere, an item can say Sign now, Read policy, or Open guide. It is a small detail, but it removes hesitation and helps people move through the list faster.

Marking an item as completed also feels better. The action is easier to spot, and the confirmation is clearer. You click, it is done, and you can get on with the rest of your day.

For admins: more control, less clutter

Admins can set the default call to action label at category level and override it per item when needed. That keeps wording consistent while still letting specific items use the right wording.

You can also hide the call to action in the list view when you want a cleaner overview. And items that are scheduled for later publication can stay out of sight until they are relevant, so users only see what they can act on right now.

These updates are small, but they make the widget feel more intentional. Clear actions for users, cleaner control for admins, and a flow that is easier to finish.
